Key features
Phone Holder for Running & Jogging
Sprigs stretch sleeve keeps your smartphone secure on your upper arm without a rigid plastic cradle. Lightweight design works as a running phone holder, workout armband and hands-free cell phone carrier for runners, walkers, gym training, hiking and travel.
Current IPHONE, Galaxy & Pixel Compatibility
Fits most bar-style smartphones with slim to medium cases, including iPhone 17 Pro Max, 17 Pro, 17 and iPhone Air; Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, S26+ and S26; Google Pixel 11 Pro XL, 11 Pro and 11, plus many earlier models. NOT FOR FOLDABLE PHONES.
Stretch-To-Fit Comfort
Soft performance fabric stretches around your bicep so there are no buckles or rigid phone trays to adjust while moving. The form-fitting arm phone holder stays close to the body for running, jogging, walking, exercise and gym workouts while giving you quick access to your smartphone.
Secure Grip for Active Use
Silicone grip beads help reduce slipping on your arm, while the VELCRO Brand fastener closes over the phone pouch to help keep your device secure. A practical phone arm holder for running, fitness, walking, hiking, training and other hands-free activities.
Sizing for Men & Women
Measure your bicep before ordering for the best fit. Small fits 7-9.5 in; Medium 9.5-12.5 in; Large 13-16 in; X-Large 16.5-19.5 in. Choose the correct arm sleeve size so the phone armband sits securely and comfortably during workouts.
