Privacy policy

This privacy policy explains how Everstead Finds ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you visit eversteadfinds.com (the "Site"). We collect as little as we can.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message. We use this only to reply to you and never add you to a mailing list.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server log data such as your IP address, browser type, referring page and the time of your visit. These logs are used for security and to keep the Site running reliably.

2. Cookies

The Site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies. When you click a link to Amazon, Amazon may set its own cookies to attribute your purchase to our affiliate account. Those cookies are governed by Amazon's privacy notice.

3. Third-party services

• Amazon: product links lead to Amazon.com. Any purchase you make is handled entirely by Amazon; we never see your payment or shipping details.
• Product images: images may be loaded directly from Amazon's servers.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google, which may receive your IP address as part of that request.

4. How we use information

We use the limited information described above to operate and secure the Site, reply to your messages and understand which pages are useful. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.

5. Retention and security

Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. We take reasonable technical measures to protect information, although no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email info@eversteadfinds.com.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
