Key features
Made in Germany
Classics Custom Extreme Metal cymbals are made at the Meinl Cymbal factory in Gutenstetten, Germany; they're formed with high-tech German engineering for consistent bright tone, powerful feel, and durability across all models
Why It Matters
these cymbals will make your kit sound and look professional; plus, the big assortment makes it easy to find your voice whether it's just one piece or a matching complete set
WHAT'S in the Box
one 19" crash cymbal; the Classics Custom Extreme Metal crash speaks up with shimmering tone and a tight decay; it has cutting attack on the front end with balanced overtones
Driving the Sound
made of durable B12 bronze alloy weighted and shaped for extra-loud volume and controlled sustain; fully lathed surfaces with brilliant finish produce clean tone, and precision hammering dials-in musical frequencies
The Upside for You
you can climb above the roar of distortion-charged amps with a clean cymbal cut; make every cymbal note heard
One Big Thing
Extreme Metal is a heavier version of Classics Custom Brilliant to deliver a double-shot of volume for aggressive playing; we over-hammer these cymbals to darken the tone enough to counteract the increased brightness from the heavy weight
Best for
metal, blast beats, rock; Classics Custom Extreme Metal is a sure bet for high energy settings and heavy playing
The Takeaway
Classics Custom Extreme Metal is for you if you like extra-loud cymbals with clean but deep tone, bright attack, and a controlled sustain; their expert German craftsmanship is built to last
